With a romantic reunion seemingly impossible, were the boys trapped in some kind of demented Hallmark holiday film?  Was this a classic time-traveling rom-com catastrophe?  Most importantly, could Mark and Bob still survive this diabolical dilemma to revisit the 12 Beers of Christmas (this time for the win)?
