Episode 149 – A Christmas Carol Stage Show

This Christmas I was sent some festive treats from Mary Polte of Chicago, in the USA and she sent me some info about them and I share them with you (not literally, you won’t actually get to eat them…   sorry about that).

Then it’s this episode’s version of A Christmas Carol. It’s a stage version that was filmed and shown on TV on the BBC on Christmas day 2022. It stays very close to the source material and is pretty darn good.

The recommendation is a radio show/podcast called Just A Minute. It’s on the BBC and it’s been running for well over 40 years. It’s well worth a listen.
