In the news, Kris announces the cancellation of the Coney Island Polar Bear Plunge and Chris again vows to take the plunge next year. Kris talks about how this December differs from past years. In a new segment called, Christmas Rhyme in the City, Chris introduces us to a young poet from New York City named Jesse Adler and has him read a poem commissioned especially for the podcast and Kris reads a Christmas poem by Langston Hughes.
