Happy Thanksgiving Week, everyone! Today I’ll be reading a Thanksgiving story titled “Two Thanksgiving Day Gentlemen” by the legendary short story master O. Henry. It’s a funny and thoughtful tale about two men bound by tradition… but I won’t spoil anything!

After the story, I chat a bit about our own traditions and ask an important question: Is it okay for some traditions to come to an end? The book is authored by Crystal Campbell, who is known for her passion for the Advent and Christmas seasons. Campbell’s work aims to instill a faith grounded in love for all, encouraging families to focus on sharing kindnesses as they prepare for Christmas each year. The devotional and the accompanying ornaments make a significant impact, bringing joy and love to homes during the Advent season.
