🎄 Put on your cute little helmet and join us on a journey back to 1984 for a Christmas special based on the toy craze that turned holiday shopping from a winter wonderland to a warzone.
Julia (Tis the Podcast) and Steven (The Bigfoot Club) join the adventure from the hidden home of the Cabbage Patch Kids to the unnamed but totally identifiable big city in search of the Christmas spirit, while we evade 2 nearly identical but probably not related trios trying to kidnap us. It’ll all make sense.
Actually, no. It will not.

What’s up, dudes? Back in the ‘80s, we all wanted Clair Huxtable to be our mom. Theo was our brother, Denise our cool older sister. In memory of Malcolm-Jamal Warner, Jeff Loftin from Lost Christmas and Joe Martinez from Now Watch This are with me to talk The Cosby Show “Father’s Day!”
In this 13th episode of the 1st season, Cliff laments the goofy gifts his children have bought him over the years. As he confronts his children wearing the strange items they’ve gifted him, he begs them to put thought into their gifts. Even though it’s almost Christmas, Theo urges the kids to get their dad some thoughtful Father’s Day gifts.
Soon after, Clair takes them all to a specialty store to shop. They kids get their gifts, and host a surprise “Father’s Day” celebration for Cliff. Subsequently, the doctor opens his gifts. While he doesn’t necessarily love each one, he is proud and grateful for the thought put into them.
Weathervane temperature gauge? Check. Tennis balls? Got ‘em. A light up gag Miami tie? An ugly one too! So grab your reversible slippers, put on your light up visor, and check the weather to this episode on The Cosby Show “Father’s Day!”

Welcome back everyone! Today we have Robert from the Behind the Bells podcast. This was one of my easiest interviews and one of my favorites I’ve ever done. Rob was a joy to talk to, super well spoken, informative and just a great time. We discuss Christmas growing up for him, some of his favorite movies (Christmas & Regular). We also discuss his new marriage and one of the funniest stories about a gift gone wrong 🤣
Hope you enjoy it. We’re winding down the year but I still have a couple of episodes coming out before the big day! Hope you enjoy this episode and thanks again, Robert! 🔔🎄

What’s up? Alex P. Keaton is back, and he learns—or re-learns—all about Christmas spirit! I’ve got Jeff Fox from Name That Christmas Special with me to talk Family Ties “Miracle in Columbus!” Alex’s heart grows three sizes!
In this sixth season seventeenth episode, Skippy gets Alex to fill in for him as a mall Santa. The capitalistic Santa Alex meets a little girl named Michelle who wants nothing more than for her father to be home for Christmas. Of course, this bums Alex out to the max.
Subsequently in the mall locker room, the real Santa appears and comforts and encourages Alex. Moved by his speech, he finds Michelle and her mom and invites them over for Christmas Eve. Miraculously, Michelle’s dad appears at the Keatons’s door. All’s well that ends well!
Mallory and Jennifer in elf costumes? Check. Skippy as an abominable snowman? Got it. Michael and Elise decorating a cactus? It got better. So grab your Santa suit and, “Ho Ho Ho,” to this episode on Family Ties “Miracle in Columbus!”

BREAKING NEWS!!!
In this quick bonus episode, we clear the air on a question that’s been hanging over the Christmas Cousins universe for far too long:
Even though Seth hates eggnog, does he actually enjoy doing the eggnog tastings… or would he be thrilled if we never asked him do it again?
We finally get the honest answer about whether the challenge is fun for him or just festive torture.
From there, we jump into a progress check on Seth’s Christmas Activity Challenge List—the tasks assigned by Joe the Christmas Aficionado, King of All Superfans Lee, and Cousin Chad. Seth suddenly remembered a couple more items he was supposed to complete, so we take stock of where he stands, what he’s done, and what he’s still creatively avoiding.
But the heart of this bonus episode is Seth’s biggest decision of Year Three:
To tree or not to tree — Round 3.
Will this be the year Seth gets another Christmas tree?
If yes, will it be real or artificial?
And what does that choice mean for his continued evolution from Jolly Junior to Santa Senior?
It’s a fast, funny catch-up episode where we check in on Seth’s mood, momentum, progress, and whether he’s actually enjoying the iconic holiday experiences we keep throwing at him.
